I’ll guide you through each session so you know exactly what to do, how to do it safely, and how to make it stick. You don’t need to be fit before you start. You just need to start.

How can I stay motivated throughout the 10 weeks?
We know life gets busy that’s why this challenge includes weekly check-ins, progress tracking, and access to a private support group with like-minded women all working toward the same goal. You’ll also have direct support from your coach when you need guidance, accountability, or just a push to keep going.
Will I receive a workout plan that suits me?
Yes, your training plan is completely personalised to your fitness level, lifestyle, and goals. Whether you’re starting fresh or getting back into it, your workouts will be easy to follow and built to fit your schedule.
Do I need a gym membership?
Nope. You can train from home with minimal equipment, or use a gym if that’s your thing. Either way, we’ll provide a version that works for your setup.
How much does it cost?
For less than your daily coffee, you can feel better in your body, build strength, and walk into summer with real confidence. Flexible payment options are available to make it work for you.
Is this suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. This challenge is designed for women who are ready to take back control, whether you’re starting from scratch or picking it back up. No experience needed, just a willingness to show up.

Yes, this can complement your current routine, whether that’s walks, classes, or other training. We’ll help you strike the right balance so you see progress without burning out.
How will I know if it’s working?
You’ll check in regularly, track progress through photos, measurements, or weight (if you choose), and most importantly, how you feel. More energy, better sleep, stronger mindset, and feeling confident again? That’s a win.
What happens after the 10 weeks?
This doesn’t stop at week 10. You’ll have the option to move into our next phase, whether that’s strength, performance, or maintaining your results. You’ll know exactly what to do next.
